GAP certificate should be on letterhead pad duly signed & stamped by Principal / Headmaster / Gazetted Officer with his official seal affixed thereon giving reasons for such break mentioned therein. However, this requirement may be relaxed at management’s discretion depending on individual cases keeping in view bona fide reasons stated by parents/candidates. 

This relaxation will not be given under any circumstances if such a request is made after the declaration of the FIRST ROUND OF CAP process result OR at any subsequent stage whatsoever during the entire duration of the course, whichever is earlier.
